Retailer programs: four formats, seasonal co-create, starter talk

“More ways to play” for DECOLA means retail programs—not DIY ironing tutorials. Independent craft, gift, toy, and art stores can stock finished interlocking Three-Dimensional Fuse Bead products across four shelf formats, co-create a seasonal theme (Easter 2027 first, then Halloween and Christmas Story Village as next wave), and—upon request—discuss starter assortments and class packs for roughly 8–12 kids. This soft-launch site does not publish a public SKU catalog, prices, or hard MOQ numbers.

01

Four finished shelf formats

One construction system, four retail roles: wall art for windows and gift walls, functional objects for giftable use, sculptural pieces for table or pedestal, and 2.5D magnets for impulse and everyday display. Stock the mix that fits your floor—not a single flat bead kit line.

02

Seasonal co-create

One agreed theme expands across the four formats so a small store can run display and gift together. Easter 2027 is the first co-create priority. Halloween and Christmas (Story Village next wave) support the same system—planning dates marked TBC until locked in writing.

Class packs — can be discussed

Classroom- or studio-oriented packs for roughly 8–12 kids can be discussed upon request for in-store workshops, camps, or art-studio programs. This is not a published kit catalog and not a shopper DIY ironing tutorial hub. Scope, contents, and terms are confirmed in writing after we understand your program.

04

Starter assortments — no hard MOQ

Qualified starters: no published hard MOQ. Starter assortments can be discussed upon request—typically a conversation about impulse magnets plus a wall story and a sculptural window piece, adapted to your store. Samples, pack-outs, lead times, and freight are provided upon request after store profile and destination are clear. An inquiry is not an order.

Same heat-fused, interlocking module system across programs—finished retail goods for indie shelves, not bulk loose-bead OEM and not Perler-branded goods. Where useful, sizing may be noted as Perler-compatible as a compatibility reference only.

How to start a program conversation

  1. Send an inquiry with store profile, city/state, and which programs interest you (shelf formats, Easter 2027 co-create, Christmas Story Village next wave, class pack discussion, starter assortment).
  2. Discuss samples and fit.
  3. Confirm theme / assortment in writing.
  4. Production and shipment under written terms.

Retailer FAQ

Who is DECOLA for?

Independent craft, gift, toy, and art retailers in the United States (California stores are an early focus), seeking dimensional fuse bead assortments and seasonal co-created collections.

What are MOQ, samples, lead times, and freight?

Provided upon request after we understand store profile, assortment interest, and destination. This site does not publish fixed MOQ or freight numbers.

Can retailers co-create a seasonal collection?

Yes. One theme can expand across four directions—wall art, functional objects, sculptural objects, and 2.5D magnets. Easter 2027 is the priority season, then Halloween and Christmas.

Are DECOLA products DIY kits or finished retail goods?

Finished retail goods. DECOLA designs interlocking Three-Dimensional Fuse Bead products for wholesale partners—wall art, functional objects, sculptural displays, and 2.5D magnets—aimed at independent craft, gift, toy, and art stores. Heat-fused modules interlock into the main structure; this is not a DIY flat-sheet or build-it-yourself activity kit for the shopper to complete at home.

How is DECOLA different from bulk loose fuse beads or OEM bead bags?

Bulk loose beads and OEM bead bags supply raw material for makers and kit brands. DECOLA sells finished dimensional products built from heat-fused, interlocking modules for retail display and gifting. If you need refill bags or private-label bead supply, that is a different category; if you need shelf-ready 3D fuse bead assortments, start with For retailers or Contact. Commercial details (samples, assortment, lead times) are provided upon request.

How is this different from Perler-style 3D DIY kits?

Perler-style 3D DIY kits are activity products the end customer assembles. DECOLA products are finished interlocking retail goods for store shelves. Where useful for buyers, we may note Perler-compatible sizing as a peg/board class reference only. DECOLA is an independent brand, is not affiliated with Perler Brands, and does not sell Perler-branded goods.

What does DECOLA mean by retailer programs / more ways to play?

Retail programs for independent stores: stock finished interlocking Three-Dimensional Fuse Bead products across four shelf formats (wall art, functional objects, sculptural displays, 2.5D magnets); co-create a seasonal theme—Easter 2027 first, then Halloween and Christmas Story Village as a next wave; and, upon request, discuss starter assortments and class packs for roughly 8–12 kids. These are not DIY ironing tutorials or hobby how-tos, and this site does not publish a public SKU catalog or prices.

Do you offer class packs for stores or studios?

Class packs for roughly 8–12 kids can be discussed upon request for workshops, camps, or art-studio programs. They are not listed as a fixed public catalog on this soft-launch site. Tell us your store or studio profile and program goal; scope and terms are confirmed in writing. An inquiry is not an order.

Is there a hard MOQ or a starter assortment?

No published hard MOQ. Starter assortments are OK to discuss upon request after we understand store profile, assortment interest, and destination. Samples, lead times, and freight are provided upon request. Final commercial terms are confirmed in writing—not on this informational site.
